Capricorns get skin problems – almost ‘unpleasant’ rashes. Fleas really bother him. The ‘mature’ Capricorn is a little different; his physical symptoms are replaced with mental ones as he matures.
Snobbery… Capricorns KNOW they are superior. This obviously leads to complications. Never dictate to a Cap dog; he will naturally rule the roost. It doesn’t worry the dog, but it may worry you. They are lamppost / trees sniffers and will investigate any gossip with great interest. However if others use the lampposts, he will wait and pee in the hall on your pot plant.
If the door bell rings, pretend you haven’t heard it; when he pulls at your sleeve to investigate, praise him for being such a clever dog. He will upstage the best of English Butlers for service. They always keep you on you toes. Don’t try to hurry him. They have a lust for power and position. Only put him in the show ring if you are sure he will win first prize. Don’t praise him for coming off second best, it is never good enough. He was born a snob... recognise that!
Capricorn Health Problem: Can suffer from depression. Skin infections, allergies. Weak knees.

THE CAPRICORN CAT
The kitten will be at the back of the litter pack, looking as if the world is about to collapse, aloof but very much aware of the trouble that lies ahead. If you are aware of their outlook, you will win their hearts. They are the least independent of cats! Prepare to be relied on just a little bit, but don’t expect gratitude. Humour and bribery will work wonders; he may actually start enjoying himself, his pals and his new owner.
The Capricorn kitten will be reluctant to play with string or a ball of wool . Almost to the point of depression, the cat will expect the worst. As you turn cartwheels to entertain him, don’t expect an overnight or sensational change – gradually, slowly but surely. You may win, but you may need psychiatric attention at the end of it!
Watch for a depressed individual with skin problems. This may apply to the owner as well as his cat.
